Arriving at the show flanked by a series of bodyguards, the expressionless 33-year-old made her way to the front row for Stephane Rolland's fashion show - all without cracking a smile.

When a rather over-enthusiastic fan approached the mother-of-one for a picture, she looked aghast and stepped back quickly while one of her bodyguards stopped the young lady approaching any further.
The star has been in Paris for a couple of days and appears to be making firm friends in the fashion industry.
Kim was given a personal tour of the exhibition - which offers the first ever retrospective in Paris dedicated to the Tunisian-born couturier.
